Product Information

The Par Can 56 light is a larger lighting fixture but is great if you want to do lighting on a budget.

These lights have a globe rather than LED so power is a consideration, but they are still effective. These lights can be used for wall up lighting at weddings and parties and work well if you want more of a beam shooting up the wall rather than a colour wash.

This light can only be set to one colour as they have a colour film put into the light to make the colour. There are many colours to choose from to create the colour scheme you want.

If you’re wanting to use these lights sitting on the floor, you will need to hire H Stands for the lights to attach to.

A maximum of 8 lights can be run off one power point with these lights.

FAQ

All you are required to do is plug into power and switch on.
To get the best effect from this light we suggest that you make the room you are using it in as dark as possible. The darker the room the better the effect will be.
This is always a tricky question and it comes down to a few things. A lot will depend on how big an area you want to cover, your budget and what other lights you are planning to have on in the room. Colour of the walls can also make a difference and if your walls are white you will usually need less lighting as it will reflect the light better and the lights will seem brighter. Some people will do up-lighting all around the whole reception venue and some people will just do one wall as a feature such as behind the bridal table. Depending on the venue we usually suggest one light every 2 to 3 metres for best effect.
This light can easily be set up on the floor as it has its own brackets to help it stand up. This light can be pushed up against the walls so that it is out of the way.
Allot will depend on how many lights you wish to use but as these lights are 300 watts each you can only run 8 from one power point. These lights also get hot so they do need to be placed where no one will touch them.
