At Feel Good Events we understand that our clients can sometimes get nervous about making sure all their event equipment is delivered and set up on time. It can be very stressful organising an event especially when there are so many things out of your control.

As we are event professionals and have a really good understanding of time frames we always make sure that we send plenty of staff to make sure your event is set up on time.

To put your mind at ease we have a guarantee that will hopefully make you feel more comfortable about using our delivery service.

If your event equipment is not set up by the agreed start time we will refund in full the set up labour costs that were charged to you

CONDITIONS

1 - Guarantee is only applicable if all your hired equipment organised with Feel Good Events is not completed by the start time of your event. Deliveries & setups completed outside the initial delivery & setup time frame do not apply to the guarantee
2 - If we are delayed due to venue access which is out of our control the guarantee will not apply
3 - 3-hour delivery & collections windows will be provided to the customer at least 1 day prior to delivery. Time-specific deliveries & collections can be organised at an extra cost.
4 - For added peace of mind delivery & setup of your hire equipment can be arranged several days prior to your event. Extra charges will apply.
5 - A full refund of the delivery charges will be given if our delivery and installations team cannot complete their delivery & setup requirements before the start of your event. Any labour charges will still be chargeable.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

1 - We find out what time your event starts and what time we can access your event space
2 - Allowing plenty of time for your event equipment to be set up you will be given a delivery window of 3 hours on the day of your event. During this 3 hour window our event team will arrive to deliver and set up your equipment
3 - One of our staff members will contact you on the day approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival to let you know we are on our way
4 - Pick up of your equipment is exactly the same process as above
