If you are planning on playing lots of house music and want to add some extra bass to your speakers then the KV2 2.2 subwoofer will do just that. The KV2 2.2 subwoofer is a compact high quality sounding 1000 watt sub that can easily be connected to any of our powered speakers to provide a better bottom end to your sound and really get your party thumping. These work great in pairs and depending on the size of your party and your venue will depend on what you will need.

KV2 2.2 is a twin 12” drivers with 1000 watt RMS of sound. Weight: 52kg.

This speaker has XLR speaker connections.

NOTE: To play music from a iPod, phone, laptop etc you must have a mixer eg Behringer 502.

How hard is it to set up this speaker?

These speakers are very easy to set up and we will show you how to set up all equipment on pick up from our showroom. Full instructions are also sent along with equipment with an easy to follow step by step guide for connection. You can also contact us after hours if you are having issues with connection.

How do I connect my I Pod or laptop to these speakers?

To connect your iPod or laptop to these speakers you will be required to also hire a Behringer mixer or DJ mixer. The Behringer mixer is a small mixer that you can connect your iPod and speakers to. This allows you to have one simple volume control. You can also connect a microphone as well if you wish.

What devices can I connect to these speakers to play my music?

As long as you have a DJ mixer or Behringer mixer as mentioned above you can connect any type of iPod, iPhone, Tablets, Laptops or anything with a mini-jack headphone input. You will be supplied with all the correct leads to connect your device and all you need is your own music on your device.

Can I use a microphone with these speakers?

Yes you can hire a corded or cordless microphone at extra cost which can easily be connected to your mixer and operated with these speakers.

How much power do I need for these speakers?

You can run all these speakers from one power point.

Will the equipment fit in my car?

This speaker will fit in any station wagon, 4WD or as long as you don’t bring a carload of people as well to pick the equipment up.
