Wedding planning pricing depends on the level of service, complexity of your wedding, and timeline. Both our partial planning and styling packages and full service wedding planning is quoted based on scope. Get in touch for a personalised quote as we’re happy to provide options.

Yes — we handle full setup, styling, coordination, and pack down so you don’t have to lift a finger. We manage everything from supplier arrivals to timeline flow and last minute changes, so your day runs smoothly from start to finish.

We’re happy to work with any suppliers you’ve already booked. If you need recommendations, we also have a network of trusted Melbourne wedding suppliers we love working with. Either way, we manage all communication and coordination for you.

Yes you can book us for wedding styling only if you’ve already planned your wedding but want help designing the look and feel. We’ll help you create a concept, select hire items, manage setup and pack down, and style your venue from top to bottom.

Our wedding planning services can include everything from budget setup, styling and decor, timeline creation, venue and supplier coordination, guest experience planning, run sheets, and on the day execution. Choose from full service, partial planning, or coordination only. We tailor each service to your needs.

We’re also experienced in working within venue restrictions and can tailor our planning, styling, and access coordination to suit any space.

Yes, we can. We offer on the day coordination services even for couples who have planned everything themselves. Ideally, we step in 3 to 4 weeks before your wedding to finalise details, confirm suppliers, create a run sheet, and manage the flow on the day. This lets you relax and enjoy your wedding without worrying about logistics or supplier calls.

  • Partial planning is ideal if you’ve already booked some suppliers or secured your venue but need help pulling everything together. We fill the gaps, refine the styling, manage logistics, and help you stay on track.

As a trusted wedding planner in Melbourne, we take care of everything from wedding design and planning to styling and supplier coordination, so you can enjoy a truly stress free wedding planning experience.

Feel Good Events has a minimum spend for equipment hire: $250 for all events held from January 1st – November 22nd. Due to high demand, events held from November 23rd – December 31st will require a minimum spend of $5,000. Our team is available to guide you every step of the way to ensure you get the best value from your investment.

Please note, the minimum spend applies only to equipment hire. Any specialised custom equipment or services from outside suppliers will be itemised separately and aren’t included in this minimum. Additionally, charges for delivery, labour, and pickup are not part of the minimum spend.

For example, a 2-hour setup in Melbourne CBD could look like this:

  • Equipment minimum spend-> $5,000
  • Delivery to Melbourne CBD -> $360
  • Labour for setup -> $440
  • Labour for takedown -> $440
  • Pickup from Melbourne CBD -> $360

This brings the estimated total to $6,600.

Please be aware that our quotes start at this minimum amount. Additionally, Feel Good Events has transitioned into a full-service decorating company, meaning we no longer offer DIY equipment pickups. All equipment must be delivered and set up by our experienced team.

Absolutely! We can create a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day that outlines every moment. We will coordinate your timeline with vendors and the wedding party to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

We are experienced in managing unexpected situations and will have contingency plans in place. Our team is skilled at thinking on their feet to resolve issues quickly and avoid any disruption to your special day.

Absolutely! We handle everything from ceremony logistics to reception details, ensuring a seamless flow from the moment you say ‘I Do’ to the last dance of the night.

We recommend booking your wedding planner 9-12 months before your wedding to give you the most flexibility with suppliers and venues. That said, we’ve also helped couples plan weddings in just a few weeks, so even if your timeline is short, get in touch. The earlier you book, the more support and guidance we can offer throughout the entire process.

Absolutely! We have a network of trusted wedding vendors that we can recommend based on your preferences and budget. This includes everything from photographers and videographers to catering and florists. We’ll help you find the perfect vendors for your wedding and coordinate with them to ensure everything aligns seamlessly.

The process begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss your vision, requirements, and expectations. From there, we’ll create a custom proposal outlining our services, and once approved, we’ll start bringing your wedding vision to life.
