An Epic 80's & 90's Themed Corporate Event

At Feel Good Events, we recently had the privilege of curating a spectacular journey through time at Showtime Events – an epic 80’s and 90’s themed party for a corporate end-of-year event!

The Vision & Setup

The event’s vision was to transform each side of the venue into a nostalgic journey through either the 80’s or 90’s, with distinct décor and styling for each era. The 80’s space pulsated with vibrant colours and the infectious energy characteristic of that lively era. Picture Rubik’s Cubes, neon lights, Slinkys, and an assortment of themed props that effortlessly transported guests back in time. On the other side, the 90’s zone was a tribute to neon lights, iconic movie posters, and CD discs, capturing the essence of the perfect retro vibe. The addition of silver metallic drape and coloured mood lighting covered the entire venue, creating a seamless and immersive ambiance.

Guests could dance the night away on our LED dance floor, which tied in perfectly with the overall theme. In between dancing, they could snap pictures in the 360 photobooth, or get competitive with the various arcade games around the venue. There was truly something for everyone!

The event was a huge success and it was incredible to see months of behind-the-scenes planning come to life.
