Eastern Distributors Open Trade Night 2023

Eastern Distributors Open Trade Night 2023 was an event of epic proportions, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have played a role in its success! Their biggest event to date, the Trade Night was the result of 8 months of meticulous planning behind the scenes. Seeing the event come to life and seeing the product of everyone’s hard work was truly exciting!

The Vision & Setup

From the outset, the event’s vision is clear: to create a seamless layout that allowed each stallholder to shine, providing them with a platform to showcase their brands and product ranges within Eastern Distributors’ remarkable new warehouse.

Our Feel Good Events team took this vision to heart. We dedicated three days to setting up and bumping in, handling an extensive amount of equipment. Each of the 84 stalls featured picket fencing and rigging for displaying branded banners. Moreover, we designed entranceways for the NexGuard Beer Garden, the Purina Pro Plan Food Alley, and the main entrance to the warehouse. The warehouse itself was enhanced with greenery, ambient lighting, and more.

The Highlights

The night brought together over 80 suppliers, each showcasing their unique offerings, creating a diverse and vibrant atmosphere. With an astonishing 9,000+ products on display, attendees were spoiled for choice. The event drew in hundreds of eager customers looking to explore a wide range of products. To tantalize the taste buds, a lineup of food trucks served delectable treats. The NexGuard Beer Garden was a lively spot for attendees to relax and refresh.

Of course, no pet and stockfeed supplier trade show would be complete without the stars of the show – live animals. Dogs, wombats, possums, snakes, and even a baby crocodile made special appearances, adding a unique touch to the night.

This exceptional event was an undeniable success, thanks to the unwavering dedication and hard work of Megan & Steph at Eastern Distributors. Their commitment and effort were pivotal in making this event truly special. With the 2024 Trade Night already on the horizon, we’re gearing up for an even bigger and better experience.
