Taylor's Beach Club Themed 21st Birthday Party

We’re in the business of creating extraordinary party experiences, and Taylor’s 21st birthday celebration was no exception! The Feel Good Events team pulled out all the stops to bring the vibrant, beach club-inspired oasis to life, leaving everyone in awe and setting the stage for an unforgettable night!

So, how did we transform this space from empty warehouse to a tropical beach oasis?

The Setup

As the guests arrived, they were instantly transported to a tropical paradise, brimming with lush greenery, vibrant florals, and awesome themed decorating props. The atmosphere was exciting and felt just like an exotic beach club!

Our team used a combination of artificial grass and white velvet drape to set the foundation, creating an elegant yet beachy backdrop. The dance floor area was the place to be, boasting an LED video screen that and a white dance floor that invited guests to dance the night away. For lighting, a mixture of party and mood lighting helped to set the ideal atmosphere and lift the energy as the night progressed. To really enhance the tropical vibes, the team used greenery, flowers, and plants throughout the space!

Guests were kept fed and happy with an epic grazing table provided by The Grazing Glutton. They could also top up their drinks at the Beach Bar which was serving tropical cocktails and drinks all night long. Alternatively, Magic Men topless waiters were on hand delivering cocktails to guests throughout the night!

Entertainment

We know no party is complete without the right entertainment, and Taylor’s 21st was no exception. The dance floor came alive with the latest hits and timeless classics, expertly mixed by Feel Good Events owner and DJ Marcus.

But the entertainment didn’t stop there. Taylor and the guests were treated to an unforgettable performance by Entertainment Dance Creations. They brought an extra layer of excitement to the party. They also got the guests onto the dance floor to boogie the night away!

On top of all of this, guests could capture the fun with a 360 photobooth provided by the team at Melbourne 360 Booths!
