Who are Feel Good Events?

Feel Good Events is a boutique event hire company specializing in creating awesome parties for our clients. We are a company that value team work and a great work culture.

Feel Good Events cater for a wide variety of events and weddings. We own and hire a wide range of equipment – illuminated dance floors, draping, sound systems, event furniture, party lighting, event decor, props and a whole lot more. We also offer complete room transformations along with event management and coordination services.

Who are we looking for to join our team?

We are looking for a full-time employee to assist other team members with delivery, installations & decorating various equipment and styling products at parties, events and weddings.

This role will have you:

Preparing event equipment for upcoming setups
Ensuring event equipment is kept to a very high standard
Organizing the warehouse
Delivering and setting up equipment (deliveries will be done in either a van or a 4tonne truck)

The experience needed for this role:

Some experience within the events or party industry is required
Knowledge of Sound and AV equipment is an advantage
Customer service experience is an advantage

The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven record of being a hard worker
Be physically fit (as some heavy lifting and physical labour is involved in this role)
Have an eye for detail
Be well organized and able to handle multiple jobs every week
Be well presented (first impressions and appearances to our clients are important)
Have a car driver’s licence (truck licence not required)
Be able to work most Saturdays and some Sundays
Have a sense of humour and love to have FUN on the job!

Some important notes:

This is NOT an office based job. You will be spending all of your time either in the warehouse or out on the road driving/setting up equipment for parties, events or weddings.

You must be a permanent Australian resident and ideally live close to our office in Ferntree Gully. Back packers will NOT be considered.
