Product FAQ

Yes, each outdoor heater comes with a full 8.5kg gas bottle. The gas bottle together with the outdoor heater must be returned at the end of the hire. Gas bottles are not required to be refilled before you return.

It should last approximately 10 hours if on the highest setting.

Yes, you are able to use your own gas bottle if needed. Please be aware that the supplied gas bottle will need to be returned together with the gas heater at the end of the hire. You are not required to refill the empty gas bottle.

No, the outdoor heater must be used outdoors. This is to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning and safety concerns around live flame. Although we state that our heaters must be used outside you are able to make the exception if the indoor space is VERY well ventilated (warehouse space for example).

You CANNOT use the outdoor heater as a substitute for home heating.

Simply open the valve on the gas bottle to be “open”, turn the control knob to Igniter and press the Red Ignition button. Full instructions are listed on the heater.
